Hi I have concerned about deportation..

My husband is PR in canada and I'm his wife is in outside canada. He has other woman now, he never contacted me and the worst is he never say anything he just left me without any thought he hang me. And in that situation my thinking is he chose his other woman. Is it possible to deport him? I dont want to do this but I just want an idea.. I can't do anything because i dont have any contact with him. please help me. thank you

No. There is no personal interest which gives someone standing to, as you suggest, deport another person. Regardless the relationship. Moreover, being a cad is not grounds for PR inadmissibility.

You do not have the right to deport your husband nor his new woman.

If your husband lied on his application to go here and you have proof, you can report him. Whether or not something is done with the report is anyone’s guess.

He entered in canada when he was single, but when we get married that was 2012 he never declared in your government that he is married.

It doesn't matter. If he did not lie to gain status in Canada then you have no grounds to report him. Not changing his status to married is NOT a valid ground for deportation.

Agree with this except the divorce part because there is no divorce in the Philippines. Per OP’s posts, it looks like that is where she is.

Jophy, as canuck said, if you want to spend money go ahead and sue them. Note the following:

1. You can only sue them in the Philippines, adultery is not a crime in Canada.

2. If your husband is a citizen here and processed a divorce (after gaining Canadian citizenship) to get out of your marriage, that divorce will be recognized in the Philippines and your case will be useless. (Since you have not spoken to him I am assuming he may have applied to become a citizen without you knowing.)

3. If your husband simply stays away from the Philippines if and while he is PR, your case is useless.

As you can see, you will only waste your time and money. My advice is to move on.
