one of my friends got medicals today only.....but his college is going to be started from jan4th...

he is going to drop his passport on monday(28th of this month).It would take at least one week for his stamping...

so after getting his visa can he go for next intake(for august).please give suggestions.....

He can ask his college and if they allow he can join late, otherwise he will have to defer his admission.
