....I am still here! Just hard to find time for anything other my kiddies 
Not much happening here...still waiting....my app status is still only Received....a lawyer also helped me send H&C consideration along w family sponsorship....so thats good...cbsa officer called a few weeks ago ...as he was going thrugh his files and noticed they dont have valid passport for me....he basically said dont freak out....you arent removal ready....but we'll need your new passport in any case - if I get to the removal point or if I get a PR....regardless I need one. he also said this may be good for my as it gets me some time to hear from cic....so fingers crossed that happens sooner than later
So I called my embassy to get an application going....turns out I have to PERSONALY travel to Ottawa to submit it....ridiculous! O_O...but it is what it is....I am gonna have to do it ....
and that's pretty much it....No other updates here...Hope you are all well and are getting your Rs! ...or at least hearing from CIC
