I am planning to apply for PR through CEC, since MIDI takes more than 1year and 6months to process my CSQ applications.

Does anyone who got PR though CEC stays in quebec still? Can you please share your thoughts how you managed to convince the Officer and what kind of proof you submitted.

Thank you

Typically IRCC wants hard evidence that you plan to relocate outside of Quebec. This would be evidence like a job offer outside of Quebec which you are starting very shortly - along with evidence that you have already rented a place to stay outside of Quebec. They will be looking for evidence that you are in the process of moving and leaving Quebec. If you don't have that kind of evidence, then you should apply through the Quebec program even if it takes longer.

Thank you for the reply.. How about submitting a letter from my employer that they have offered me to work remotely?

The only way that will work is if you have already relocated to a different province (i.e. outside of Quebec) and are living there full time and working remotely.

Otherwise it's not going to work.
