Sorry everyone, I send start this forum because I want to know. Whether someone got rejection due to authority work... I. Mean aside from.the one year. Experience....
 
nicole...I think u need to calm down. I can totally understand your frustration but being worry wont help much. Wait for some more time you will probably hear from them soon

I know but I am so.worried... i. Don't want to waste 10year hard work.in Canada.. I heard from a agency that they wouldn't reject someone for this small issue.. even though I have committed. The act, but it is understandable, I really did not do.it by intention... usually they would reject someone without work authority with other mistake or he intended to engage in work without authority... so.I am wonder whether someone on the forum got rejected only this reason

But ur GCMS says eligibility pass so it wont be issue....I know ur worried because u still have hope ;)..in my case i was worried too before getting 100% sure about Convocation dates or degree confered date..now if i get MR its miracle :)

It is just recommended passed, it is not passed 100%... and I couldn't calm down my mind sometime.. i tried to look back to the post about rejection, usually the decision is made within 6-9month... I am worried they have to reject me at the last minute

yes i agree with you. I have seen people getting rejected in 2-8 months with lack of work experience issue...never seen some one taking too long like in ur case 13 months...now since u will be crossing the time limit you can mail them about status n they should reply u..i m also in 9 th month now...

But did u have chance to look at the forum for August 2012??.. many people have not received yet.. I guess the strike is really affecting the process.. I. Hope they can give me pr for waiting for that long.....did u have your gcms note? ? Do. U know how likely it is gonna pass from recommended passed?

and how and when did u know that it will change from "recommend passed to passed"????? and what's the different if I may ask??????? u need to calm down Nicole and stop putting pressure on urself and others with "recommend passed" on their eligibility status. I thought someone asked u to go to local MP and explain. Also have u tried calling CIC and explain ur situation? did u worked without work permit or expired one?? ur case may not be as tough as u think.

Yeah, it's definitely starting to wear thin.

I didn't want to say anything because this board exists to help people out, but Nicole, you are definitely pushing it. We get it, you're worried...we did all we could to reassure you. You're building a poor reputation for yourself around here.

I also learned to wait now ..and only hoping that VO may calculate it from PGWP.doesnot matter old rule or new rule.....But, I am sure i will hear about my application in mid august

I did call cic, the staff in call centre can't help me at all, they said they don't know anything regarding that... I work with my invalid off campus work permit for 4months, but I didn't know it was invalid after I got rejected from the 1st application for pgwp...I am afraid they would consider me working without authority, which can ban me from Canada forever

I don't think it will be such an issue since it isn't expired when u used it, the strike should be over and hopefully u get positive response. btw, do u reside in Toronto?

yea, I live in Toronto as well. I was in New Brunswick for 9 months. just move back in here. my case is also transferred to rc-6262. may I ask which race ur from? we will huddle together after all these hassle with CIC :) :)
