hey there, I have a question and hopefully someone will get to answer as usual :)
I applied for PR (outside) even though I was here in Canada when i applied..I got my extension few days ago and now I'm gonna send my VO more documents..should I send them a copy of the extension and say that I'm living with my husband ( knowing that I applied outside) ???????
and I also know that I should let them know about if I changed my address...any help will be greatly appreciated :)

Don't believe they need a copy of that. For sure they should have the same address for both of you on file. At the least, it should reduce or eliminate the need for phone bills, chat logs, etc. i.e. proof of communication that might otherwise be necessary.

If you have changed the address from what you put in the application, you need to inform the VO. I would send the copy of the new extended status.
