hummmmmmm, well you have to research than. There might be colleges / universities who may take such grades. Try in provinces like, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador. These are less populated areas and hence criteria of selection is low as compared to Alberta / Toronto.

That's not true, don't put down the colleges/universities like that, where did you get that information??? Read...Manitoba had the highest intake of immigrants/students recently. The competition is greater now. These provinces also offers more attractive tuition rates so more students applying there. Well jigzyy I always value your input though. I think you had better try for a College, maybe you are not ready for Uni. yet. They also have transfer programs to 3rd year to Uni. after doing two years..considering you work on those grades.

First point is that instead of paying more tuition fee and spending more on accommodation expences why you dont
improve your grade in the home country (Not discouraging you to apply for canada) so that you can directly
apply to university for Honors degree courses.
Secondly, select some private colleges, better to try yourself for your information.
Thirdly, VO will focus on your acceptance letter and might be chance of asking your academic grades i am not sure about that matter
