hi all, i have a work permit application at the Canadian embassy i got the go ahead from the embassy to medical which i did now my employer inform me that the company is not able to hire international worker, do you think the embassy will issue the visa????

Sure - they might still issue the visa. However you won't be able to use that visa to work in Canada. Once you find a new employer, that new employer will have to get a new LMO and then you will have to apply for a new work permit.
