Hi, My sister applied for skilled woker on May 2009,she is on one of the 38 categories which immiration looking for, still she did not recive anything from immiration even fill #. I think it is early, anyhow she had a letter from HRDC to get visa for Temp. visa for Live in caregiver, she didnot apply until today she provide all her document to visa office to hopefuly get temp. work visa, and also she didnt mention it in her application for skilled worker about that caz she don't have any work visa yet. now my question is what going to happen to her appllication if she get her work visa ?

if i understand your question correctly, she will most likely be denied a PR and Work Permit on the grounds of misrepresentation.

According to my understanding his question is .. Her sister applied skilled worker PR and she did not recive any thing ...like AOR...But she has job offer form canada..thats why she got letter from HRDC......SO NOW......if she going to apply work visa ....so what will gona happen
with her PR application ..even she did not mention in her application that she has job offer as caregiver...

sorry, my english is not perfect and made you all confuse. anyway deep117 understand me..
yes she had Hrdc letter for cargiver from last year she tought it is expired, and she applied for skilled worker on may 2009. now just few weeks ago she find out she has time until Nov2009 to apply for cargiver.
my question is what is going to happen to her skilled worker application if she get her work permit visa for cargiver.

She can apply for a work permit in live-in-caregiver category and should mention that an application for PR is already in process. Nothing wrong with her PR application even if your work permit is approved or refused.
But chances for work permit approval are very slim
