I'm a Canadian citizen and have a friend from overseas who is interested in immigrating to Canada and would like me to help fill in the application forms, too stressful he says to go thru all that info
He says he is willing to give me some money to do it.
I am not sure if this allowed or not though. I would NOT be acting as his representative; he would send all documentation directly to CIC and deal with that correspondence himself
