Be aware that some forms have been updated (IMM5406 for example that no longer requires 3 signatures).
You need to make sure that you are completing the latest revision, or version, of ALL of your forms.

On a side note, I have left 3 separate messages for the firm that has provided the tutorials, as I was/am considering hiring them to review my documents, but...
they never returned any of my calls. :-[
