I am studying rn. So my study permit expired, and I applied and got my study permit. As my visa also expired. So I wanted to go to my home country but I can't right. So what's the procedure now? Should I have to apply for a temporary resident permit? How long it will take? When I will get my sticker for my passport. TIA.

You can leave Canada but you can't re-enter without a valid TRV.

No, you do not apply for a temporary reisdent permit. You need to apply for a temporary resident visa. These are two very different things. Make sure you apply for the right one (TRV).
