I logged into my GCKEY account using username and GCKEY, however, answered the security questions incorrectly . Got a message indicating that account is locked and cannot be unlocked online
Please suggest the best way forward. Thanks

As per IRCC TWITTER
" If your account is locked, you'll be able to access it again in 24 hours. Note that if you forgot the answers to your security questions, you'll have to make a new account and link your application from it."
