You have two main options:

1) Get a TRV (visitor visa) to Canada, fly to Canada and then claim asylum once you arrive here. To get a TRV approved, you'll need to show strong ties to your home country and also show that you have enough funds to pay for your visit to Canada.

2) Leave your home country and move to a neighbouring country. Once you are there, get yourself officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR. UNHRC will then determine a safe country where you will be resettled.
