i have already got my conditional offer letter from University of Manitoba a(undergraduation ) it requires 65% in 12th boards ...and due to strict checking this year every one has scored low in science stream ...I have got 52 % and in June I have applied for IELTS ...so my question is if I get a good score in IELTS will I be getting my admission in Manitoba or I won't because I have scored low in 12th boards ? ..
I have applied for ba in psychology ...
