Probably means that you didn't supply mandatory information or forgot to sign it. You will need to wait for your package to be returned in order to determine the reasons.

No i didn't , i was able to access ecas and link inGckey

same situation mine also got cancelled and when i checked my PR tracker says it closed but i got new application number. what i did i link again in my gckey and it was tjere with new application number and ut says in progress. no AOR just UCI and Name when i link it in my gckey

what happened to the application if it is cancelled by ircc
