With you giving no information on your relationship/situation, no one can answer that. Why would you think your application would be refused?
 
no,but you have to explain why so much delayed for application and all information between 2 years till now

I would think the longer you have been married strengthens your case, it certainly can't harm it when looking at the genuineness of the relationship, one of the questions even asks something like "have you been married for 2 years or more".
