cud plz anyone tell dat if dere is any change in rules regading immigration to alberta under family sponsership. i just heard dat this way of immigration is not now dey have stopped accepting application under dis cat. plz reply....thanx

Yes - you heard correctly.

"The AINP is currently not accepting applications under the AINP U.S. Visa Holder Category and the AINP Family Stream. Applications postmarked after August 23, 2010 will be returned. Applications postmarked on or before August 23, 2010 will be accepted for processing and will be processed according to AINP Processing Times and U.S. Visa Holder Category or Family Stream criteria. See the following News Release for further information."

I believe this is for the Alberta Nominee program. If you look on the Site it says you can apply Directly to CIC for permanent residence.
Or The AINP.
I would double check this. I believe you can still apply directly to CIC through spousal sponsor
