Hi! I want to move to Canada when I get out of the United States Navy. I have a husband and a baby. Being that my husband and I both plan on having jobs, is this the kind of visa we should be working toward? We don't know where to even start. Thanks!

Either you need to find an employer and apply for work permits or you get a job offer and get sponsored by an employer under a provincial nominee program or you apply under the skilled worker program. You should start at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
