my bank forgot to mention my student id and passport number during fees and fund transfer in college and GIC account.i want to know is this can delay my process to getting receipt from them ????

Of course you should contact the college as soon as possible and provide them with any transaction reference from the bank, the date/time/local and converted currency amount. Maybe also lean on your bank to trace the money given was their mistake in not including your details so they are at fault.
