so ive been watching the caps, application received june 18, my bf and i applied separately and both caps went up by 1 , saw it move by 1 last week and thought yes! it could be us, this week my noc went up by by 6! is there any way to know for sure? i mean, the bank draft hasnt been cashed, will i know before cic sends it to the visa office or it will be cashed when it gets to the visa office? anyone knows?

CIC is still working on applications from around mid May. So they are still a good month away from reaching your application. When the bank draft is cashed, this will be the sign your application has been accepted under the cap.

The Cap updates shown on the site is following PER issuances... which is taking about 10-12 weeks as per current reckoning. The latest cap nos. include PER's being issued to 7/8/9th May (partial) or earlier Applicants.

Since you applied on Jun 18, you have to wait for another month or so for your Applications to be added in Cap nos. 8)
