If you withdraw your refugee claim then you will have to leave Canada. Applying for a student visa from within Canada is not an option. If / when you do apply for a student visa, the chances of approval will be extremely low due to your past refugee claim. To be approved for a student visa you must demonstrate you have strong ties to your home country and no plans on remaining in Canada long term. The refugee claim demonstrates the opposite.

hello,

I came to canada on a student visa and met a girl who is a canadian permanent resident. We are thinking of getting married in 2 months. After we get married how can i apply for my permanent residency card? What is the procedure and how much time it usually takes.

Will really appreciate your help!
So, what exactly IS your status and what happened to the possible marriage?

To me, it looks as if you will consider any method to get into Canada, including marriage.
This alone would be a good reason to refuse you any form of TRV.
