I applied for study permit online on 1st November. Yesterday I received a mail from CIC requesting my passport.

With my passport, they asked me to include:

1)The passport request letter you received from CIC.
2)Any applicable VAC fees, such as passport transmission fees.

What is passport transmission fees here??

What is passport transmission fees here??

1. First are you applying through a VAC? If you are not, then there is no passport transmission fees. If you are, then look at the web site to determine what the VAC charges to transmit the passport.
