Hi Guys

I put my now ex girlfriend on my application to canada and after 3 years we are not together and dont know where she is.

When requested for updated documents will CIC London want her information or would a letter stating that we split up 3 years ago and dont have contact woth her do?

you will require legal separation paper recognized by your country, like divorce

we were never married just boyfriend and girl friend.
i cant divorce her.

i presume she wasn't just your girl friend but your common law wife at the time of your application.

Perhaps someone can answer if there is a formal process for separation from a common law wife?

Don´t worry........very simple, you will tell them that she is not longer your girlfriend......they will ask you to update the formats...
