HELP...

Hello friends,

I am going to send my academics for assessment..
I wanted to know, in folder it will have my marksheet and the WES form...
But, 1) Do i need to put my transcript inside the same folder???
2) Shall I signed my marksheet by Head of the Department OR the the Exam Controller of the university???

Please advice soon.... Thanks in advance....
