I am fsw applicant. Not intend to take wife and kid with me due to wife study. After how much time getting PR card I can sponsor my spouse??

Assuming you included your wife and child on your FSW application as non-accompanying dependents, you can sponsor them any time after becoming a PR.
As a PR, you must be living in Canada in order to sponsor them and must continue living in Canada while their application is being processed.

Yes that is the exact situation. My wife study will end by 2014. While my fsw application has reached at medical stage. I guess 6-8 months more. While my wife study term is almost 2 years.
