Help with VFS consent form

Hi,

I applied online for a visitor visa and tomorrow is my biometrics appointment at VFS global. Regarding the consent form on the 3rd page

"Declaration to be signed ONLY by applicants assisted by the CVAC staff with electronic application form."

Do I need to sign that section?

in the same boat as you, but I dont know where to get the consent forms..

were you able to fill the form? where did you get the forms from?
