I want to ask how to resolve my problem at the IRCC portal. Currently doing the online application for the spousal open work permit. There's a form that needs to be submitted the form 1295, I was able to upload it at the Application form options but at the family member page it again requires to submit the same form and when I will upload it,it will have an error and no matter how I tried it always ends up error. That's my problem for 3 weeks now and I can't even proceed to the next step because of this. I even paid all the fees with the biometric fees as well. I also would like to ask if the form 5713 is really needed when I am not using a representative? I hope you can help me solve my problems. Thank you and have a good day.
