I am currently on a working holiday visa through the IEC program, which is out of date come this may. Unfortunately I am not eligible for PR as I do not have a full years canadian work experience. I have looked into applying for Temporary foreign worker visa so that I can make up this full years canadian work experience which will be in august, so then I can apply for PR.
Can someone please share some information on this process and if this allowed as I am already in Canada.

If you want to apply for another work permit, you need a job offer from an employer with a positive LMIA.

If I were to achieve an LMIA, is there any other requirements?
Also, do you know how long this process takes?

It is extremely difficult, so don't count on this working for you. The LMIA process has strict requirements, takes many months to process and costs employers $1000, which is non-refundable even if refused. The vast majority of employers aren't even willing to try.
