I'm a international student and I want to sponsor my future husband to bring him with me while I'm studying, we'll be getting married in 3 months in Mexico, however we don't know which is the best way to apply to get an Open Work Permit for him after the marriage.
* How should we do it in order to get success?
We're thinking to apply after the marriage directly in the office at Mexico City bringing documentation, is this a good idea?.
It would be a better idea he brings to Canada as a visitor and then apply for an Open Work Permit?
