Help with requirements

Hello all,

I will be working in Canada from February. This will be on a work permit. I want to apply for a PR right away once I start working in Canada under Federal Skiller Worker Program. My question is, is there a time restriction on how soon I can apply for a PR? Do I have to work in Canada (on work permit) for certain period before I can apply for PR?

That was quick - Thanks a lot @DelPiero07 . Couple more question, if that is ok.

1. Since I will be in Canada working when I apply, am I still required to get medical / police clearance (from USA coz I am living here)
2. Do I still need to show a bank funds?
3. Any particular rules that I should worry about?

1 - Yes, those are still required.
2 - Yes.
3 - Just be careful with the validity of your police certificate.
