help with Rehabilitation papers

my husband needs Rehabilitation papers done ,before he can apply for a visa . it`s very expensive to have then done by a lawyer is there anyone in metro Halifax area that could help me.we have know each other since 2007 and will marry this fall. but want to get started on these papers can someone please help us thank you

Just a question have you looked into when he will be admissible without rehabilitation.After a certain period of time it is not required .

1. Go to www.cic.gc.ca use the search function for rehabilitation, the first listing is for the Imm 1444E the application. If you look down the page there are instructions.
