Help with question "Are you accompanying a family member that has status in Canada, or has recently been approved to come to Canada?"

Hi everyone,
I'm a PR living in canada for past 3 years. My wife is currently in canada on a visitor visa and we have already submitted her spousal PR application. We are trying to extend her visitor visa and need help with the below question.

Are you accompanying a family member that has status in Canada, or has recently been approved to come to Canada?
YES/NO ?
I've seen multiple old posts regarding this but coudn't find anything related to inland PR scenarios. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
