help with pr application

Hi, Theres a few things that I'm not sure about on the PR application.

1) The country specific instructions ( Costa Rica ) say that I must fill out form IMM 5604 DECLARATION FROM NON-ACCOMPANYING PARENT/GUARDIAN FOR MINORS IMMIGRATING TO CANADA, but this form does not apply to me because its just me and my wife, do I include it with the application and leave it blank? or leave it out of the application altogether?

2) Same question for IMM0008 Additional dependents declaration form, leave blank or leave out?

3) The country specific guide question 16 says send 8 recent photos for each member of your family, Does this only apply if you have children? or do they mean mother father brothers etc?

Sorry if these are dumb questions, I dont want to make any mistakes. Thanks so much for your help.

They're all for only people who are coming to Canada. If its just you and your spouse, it applies to only you both.

You're not alone, many of us feel the forms/guides are confusing. To your questions:

1) No, you don't need to include it if it's not applicable to you.
2) Same as 1).
3) In your case, only 8 photos for the sponsored person.
