My GCMS notes said my RPRF payment is outstanding and the only thing holding up my case. I never received the request for this so I never got instructions on how to do it. I managed to figure out how to pay and email the receipt to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca....Is this correct? My office is Ottawa.

My GCMS notes say "Only missing requirement is RPRF" and all checks say "passed". Does that mean I should get DM in the next couple of weeks? Should I send a paper copy of the receipt? thanks!

They don't have to ask for it for you to pay it, but you can pay online and scan a copy of it to the VO, it's much easier this way rather than mailing it just make sure you put your name and file number when sending it in.

how did you get your GCMS notes?

Another suggestion, just to be safe.

The receipt is a PDF document. You can use case-specific inquiry to upload this document, and an explanation why. You have to fill in the UCI, the File #, so there would be automatic match to your case...there won't be confusion which is linked to what. This is faster than regular mail...and my guess even faster than email. It's supposed to be the "correct" way to submit things, unless the VO instructs specifically to send by email or regular mail.
