Help with my CAQ

Hi everyone, Bolivian student here.

I send my documents for the CAQ with DHL and they arrived 29th of July (accoording to dhl website). However when I acces my file I don't see any aknowledgment that the documents arrived. Is this a normal thing?

It's normal.. wait 3-4 weeks for acknowledgement of receipt
