Hello i am a software Programmer with nearly 10 years of experience , i have my own company based in morocco , and i've being building a specific project
with a canadian company since november 2015 , i reached very high expertise in the business of my Client , and i can say that i have become a crucial asset in the project of my canadian client, so i expressed my desire to Immigrate to Canada recently , and my client expressed his excitement about me coming to canada and that he will do his best to support me , but apearently he didn't even know about the hurdle of LMIA , he said he will research to find out what to do .
i made some research myself , and seen my hopes decreasing gradualy the more i read about how difficult LMIA procedure is .
Especialy showing stats about job applications from canadians that were rejected and proove i am the one to go for ...
In reality i can say proudly that i am the only one who knows the product at 100% i am the one who developed it from ground up , and i have become an expert , so yes we can say that probably i might be the only one who can deliver an optimal performence in that product .
But how can we proof that in the LMIA framework ?
is there some HOPE ? Thank you

There's always hope an LMIA will be approved - especially if you have specialized knowledge. To start, your employer must advertise the job he is offering you for at least one full month to prove no Canadians could be hired for the role. The way he advertises the job must meet the minimum advertising requirements for LMIAs.

no alternatives to LMIA ? i've heard stuff about PNP , can you please explain to me

PNP is very slow it might take up to 2 years...every province got their own requirements. Check your eligiblity and requirement on below link.

I would recommend you to apply LMIA.
Getting positive LMIA is not very hard. You should follow the procedures and the requirements, you will surely get it.

I got my LMIA within a month my employer applied.

good luck!

LMIA is designed for you, buddy.

your employee(client) just need to publish a hiring ads for 4 weeks and reject couple candidates because they are not capable to do the job, thats how to prove that they have to hire you from oversea which is the only option they have.
