Help with IMM5562: Travel outside Country of Origin or residence

Hi,
I travelled back and forth from India to USA and then arrived in canada from USA. Thereafter I travelled to India two times. Could you pls help and let me know how to fill this information. An example

India -> USA 2 days
India - > USA 100 days
USA - > Canada 60 Days
Canada - > India 30 days
Canada - > India 25 Days

Or should I mention the travel back days as well?
Pls help.

2) What is your country of origin?

So, based on the guidance the forms give, you do not need to give any info on any trips to india or canada...

two trips to USA are required to be included. No trip to India or Canada...
Fill the date to and from you were in USA, how many days (duration) and purpose.
