I am applying for PR via Inland, my husband is sponsoring me. For the work visa form IMM 5409 Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union, is listed. From what I've read it sounds like I do not need to submit this application as my husband and I are married. Although I would like some confirmation on this so if I screw up, at least I know it wasn't because I was being stupid. Also if I should include this in my application how would you recommend I fill this out?
