Help with Identifying PR program

Hello,

I recently joined a government organization as a Full-time IT Developer. I'm currently residing in Ottawa, Canada.
I'm currently on a valid Work Permit.


I completed my Master's in CS from Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
I have 3+ years of work experience in the Information Technology and Service industry in India.

I'm trying to get my PR without waiting for a one-year Canadian experience.

What program would be the best fit for me to apply for PR?

PS: I'm a non-native English speaker. Scoring high on IELTS doesn't work for me.

If you don’t want to wait for CEC then you apply as a FSW applicant. You want 468+. You need IELTS of CLB 7.

You can look into the OINP Master's Stream however it's super hard to secure a spot. The program basically opens and then closes before most people are able to secure a spot. Having said that, it's an option.
