HELP WITH FORM Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP)

Hi seniors ,
i have 2 questions, please answer and guide me.

1- we are family of 3(total) so do i need to fill in form Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP) or we don't need to fill in this form? as i understand it is for those people who have more than 5 family members? the applicants who have less than 5 family member they only need to fill in Generic Application IMM 0008? so please make my confusion clear?

2- in Generic Application Form IMM 0008 - dependent section - Q12 - Dependent Type...? in dependent section i am filling in details of my Wife, but Q12 is confusing? because Wife as dependent can't fit in Category A, B or C.......so what the hell is that....what type of question is that? what should i do?

No need to fill the additional form.

It's a stupid question, the dependent type should not have to be answered for your spouse. Write N/A or nothing if you can't write N/A.

this question is not as simple as people are considering?
when you select Spouse in Dependent, then in Dependent Type there are 5 option, ( 3 - A,B,C for dependent children) and (2- type 1 and type 2 for spouse)....what is spouse type 1 and what is spouse type 2? there is nothing written in the Guide?

that is matter of concern.
if we choose Children as dependent in Q 10 then there are 3 options for children in Q12 (option A,B,C)
BUT
if we select Spouse as dependent in Q10 then there are 5 options in Q12 (A,B,C, TYPE 1, TYPE 2).

CIC is creating confusion here.

while i applied at 20th of june,,,, the latest form tag was july,2014...

today i notice the form changed to june ,2014 and having complexity with Q12.....


try to inform CIC...... wait till it is solved. ....
