Hello Every One.
I'm struggling with my application for express entry cause of ECA i hope to find answer here. I'm from Syria and due to the civil war in my country I left 6 years ago and living currently in UAE.
I have my documents (Graduation Certificate and Transcripts all attested) but I'm not able to request any thing from my University now and as per the requirements from WES the documents should be sent from the university directly sealed in an envelope. :-[
Any workaround or other organisation could help with this?
