Help with choosing university to apply

I have a plan of applying for Master program in Accounting
Could you give me any suggestions of any university which offer a good Master program in Accounting and which exams the program requires ( GMAT or GRE, IELTS or TOEFL)?
I have heard that Master program in Accounting in Canada offer some preparations for exams for CPA certificate, is that right?
