Help with applying for WES ECA From india University

Hello all,
I am not sure if i am in the right room, but if i am not please direct me to where i can get answers, I just need someone who can guide me on how i can Apply for my ECA with Mahatma Gandhi University Meghalaya, I have called and emailed severally but they are not responsive. I finished from there in 2013 via distance mode in Hyderabad India, and i have returned to my country since 2014. but i have tried all contact options on their website and no response. any useful information will be appreciated

If they are not responding to any calls or email. You will need to go to your university's office and apply for transcripts in person or ask someone you know to go there.
