Help with address change for PR card delivery

Hi,

I landed yesterday and the officer insisted that the PR card will be delivered to a physical address not a po box

So I gave the address

I have now found out that because we live in Banff, that no one gets anything delivered to an address and it must be a po box or it will be returned

The officer gave me a form for changing my address but the contact number is automated with no option to speak to anyone or update the address and the fax number doesn't work!!

So how do I tell them that my PR card needs to be delivered to a po box??

Has anyone done this?
