help- wife filled wrong info in citizenship application

Hi everyone, by mistake my wife entered my SIN instead of hers in the citizenship application and submitted the same. We realized it after 5 days and raised the query regarding changing it through IRCC web form. Been more than 2 weeks and no reply from IRCC.
Can you pls suggest what can be done? Will this create a problem/rejection of citizenship application?

They do not reply even if they have corrected the info in your file.
