Help! Waiting Visa return for almost 2 months

I sent the application of renewing entry visa on 2nd of May to Buffalo visa office. Due to Canada post strike, I sent an UPS return to the visa office in the Monday for my urgent need. However, I have not received it yet. It has taken 35 business days in processing, which is out of regular processing time.
I tried to call them, but there is no tel service; I sent email to them, but they did not reply.
My plane is on 29th of June, unfortunately, maybe I need to change the schedule.
What else can I do??? I need help!!

Visit Buffalo visa office,if it's possible for you. Or change your schedule. 8)

First,reschedule your flight,some airlines charge others dont.
Take your time and follow up personally.Make sure you have the all important document.You know the consequences,they are so dire.

I recently graduated from Canadian college and i wanted to apply for my Post Graduate Work Permit.
I was wondering if i could use UPS postal service to send my application package with my passport to Buffalo - Canadian Consulate since Canada Post is still very slow in delivering mails. So can anyone suggest me that i could use UPS mail as well as the return mail service??

Yes, you can use UPS mail as well as the return mail service. Why do you think,you can't.

Ohh thanks Ashokcan....just wanna clarify that because on the Buffalo-Canadian Consulate site it says "any other courier service except Canada xpress post is not acceptable". So thats why i thought i should ask someone who already sent their application by UPS. Thanks anyways,,,really appreciated!!
