Help!!! Visitor Visa

My husband, while here in Canada, extended his visitor visa online. He has already received a copy of the visa, however they did ask him to do a medical evaluation. The form says CPC Vegreville. I thought that office was closed??

Now I don't know where to send in results of medical.
