Most visa offices issue the visa within a month after they request for your passport. There are some exceptions such as Manila and perhaps others I'm not aware of.

It's needless to have several threads for the same question..especially when the issue is not even urgent as the title says.

There is a thread for Accra VO...may be they can give u a better estimate there.
