HELP URGENT!!!

I APPLIED AS A FSW TO THE SYDNEY OFFICE, I FILED THE FORM TO PAY THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD, NOW MY CARD WAS CLONED AND I HAD TO CANCEL IT MEANING THAT IT WONT GO THROUGH WHEN THEY PROCESS THE PAYMENT. NOW I LIVE IN VENEZUELA WHERE THE MAIL SERVICE JUST SIMPLY SUCKS, SO IF THEY RETURN MY APPLICATION CHANCES OR I'M PRETTY SURE I'M NOT GONNA GET IT. WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND? SHOULD I JUST RESEND ANOTHER APPLICATION AND FORGET ABOUT THE FIRST ONE I SENT?

Resend a new application with a bank draft in canadian dollars using a courier company to enable track the package.

good suggetion by Benny, as we keep copy of application so resend it with bank draft and covering letter that why u submitting it again.

It wasn't really my fault i haven't used my card for about six month and yesterday i got a call from the bank telling me that there were irregular activities on my card and that was gonna be blocked and today they called me and told me that the card was going to be canceled and a new one was going to be issued, i told everything that was going on and they still said that the best way was to get a new card. So i even sent the papers through a courier and they received it on Jan 11. 2010, I mean the card being cloned was just out of my control and it was something that was not expected, you guys have no idea how freaking mad I am...

ohhh and the card is not even from a venezuelan account it is a debit/credit card from an account i got in the USA, and since there's a currency exchange control in venezuela i keep all of my money in either euros or dollars. So that's why i couldn't even get a money order or cashier check, and i have to use the credit card payment method, and now the problem with the card and what gets me more upset is that is had to happen now that i sent my application to canada and I requested my FBI fingerprint check so I explained to the FBI agency so now I'm going to have to resend that too...so i'm back to square one...

You do not need to waste too much energy on it.It has happen and you have to move on.Resend with either bank draft or new credit card details to reduce the waiting time because for sure CIO will return your full application because of payment.

Yup, i have to wait around five days to get my card i'm getting all my docs together to resend them, thanks for the support you guys....

ok i sent a whole new application with a cover letter explaining what actually happened the first time, it shows that they received the application on feb 3, 2010. I guess i just have to wait now...the waiting time is around one to two months to hear from them, am I right? I would appreciate some knowledge on this...

We had a similar incident, and had to cancel our card, but CIO emailed us and told us there was a problem with the card and gave us 30 days to resubmit alternative payment we got a draft sorted and sent it the day after it arrived we received AOR requesting doc for CHC, so don't panic I'm sure it will be fine..x

cool, that's great news, although i sent a new application because a few lawyers told me that all the paper work was going to be sent back so instead of wasting time i just resent the application again with the new card number. Now, my question is how long do they actually take to give you an answer? i heard around 1 - 2 months, am i right?.
